Good day in studio. Felt bad to be recording a play about the plague while full of a head cold & sitting next to a captive sound engineer.

On the way back to the hotel I almost bumped into Clare Balding, who was looking marvellous. Then it was out to this hipster ramen restaurant for lots of healing chicken soup, hot chilli and vegetables. Brilliant.
