The road block during the Nuclear Security Summit!

Two of these monsters were parked at the junction at the bottom of our road and what you can't see, to the left, is an army tent, and behind, in the middle of the main road, a bunch of police and soldiers manning the junction. Do you think they wanted to stop us from getting onto the road?
