Rolly poly

Balian is getting close to rolling over. The boys staggered their naps today, allowing me to do some age appropriate playtime. Balian had lots of fun rolling around his baby gym, trying out his door bouncer for the first time, sitting in his bumbo style seat and chewing a lot on Sir Prance-a-lot! All without his big brother trying to grab his toy, or ride his trike over everything or get into the seat on top of him.
When Nathaniel woke up Balian was asleep, so had lots of time (and two free hands) for stories, dancing and swinging around/upside down. Had me giggling away when doing his most dramatic "oh no" and saying "monkey gone" repeatedly whilst turning his pillow over and over...I'd changed his usual zoo pillow case for a plain one!
The lovely afternoon followed a lovely morning at Helens. So much fun playing with Arthur's toys, eating a yummy lunch and having stories read to him by Helen that Nathaniel didn't want to leave despite it being nap time and me offering all sorts of treats to prise him out!
