My Own Personal Cheeses

Dinner out. Darleys (no apostrophe!), Derby's restaurant of the year. Very nice. Very very nice. Top cheeseboard, I think you'll agree. Big enough to share (if I did that kind of thing) but I had it all to myself. Everything in perfect proportion, ie enough bread/crackers for the amount of cheese. Isn't it annoying when you get a piddly amount of crackers, the cheapest element?
