It's Happening Again

It is the time of year when drivers get distracted, no it's not summer, the outdoor xmas lights are up & running. At what cost to the environment i wonder.....
Our Govt always on about our energy consumption needing to be cut down, how about people paying attention to their usage & Making A Change (as Michael Jackson would sing) for the Planet.
I'll get off my soapbox now & no i can't afford sparkly lights for it cheeky...lol. :-)
