High need more like....

It has been a hard day in the house of Bivbov!! 'Mini me' has been in a grump all day, and I myself am sleep deprived. Not a good combination!!! Dealing with a toddler is a test of endurance!

I have plenty of endurance in the running sense, and am over endowed with slow twitch fibres. I like to fire up my limited fast twitch fibres now and again, however, and let off a bit of steam!! I went to the gym this evening to do just that!! It wasn't a HIIT session actually, but a good old tempo run on the treadmill. Hard enough to let the steam escape, and long enough for my husband to get Mr Grumpy to bed :-)
