Mt. Baldy -- Dusted with Snow

As I drove north on Hamner Avenue this morning to the campus, the spectacular view of Mr. Baldy had me reaching for my cheapie camera. I would be turning left at the next signal light, so I clicked just a couple. I loved the blanket of clouds overhead.

Twice this morning I walked from my classroom to the Scantron machine in the Administration Bldg. so I tried to get a look north to see the mountain range, but wasn't able to until the drive home at the end of the day. Then when I arrived home, I kidnapped Mr. Fun to ride with me to a patch of open landscape to see and blip the mountain.

Mt. Baldy often sits quietly in the background, but today I just couldn't take my eyes off of that mountain.

I'm falling asleep at the keyboard. Even though it is only 8:45 here, in Texas where we spent the weekend, it is 10:45. So our body clocks are telling us it's late. Unless I get a second-wind, I'm headed for bed.

Thank you for all the lovely comments on yesterday's collage. Several have remarked that they do not know how to make a collage. We use the "Paint" program and it can be found free on the Internet.
