Baking Day ...

SweetArt has been busy in the kitchen today making cupcakes and red velvet cakes for the school fair tomorrow.

I wanted to try making some Easter cupcakes, since I've never really done any before, and put those Cadbury mini eggs to good use! I used the Hummingbird's recipe for the cupcakes, they sure are YUMMY! Of course, I had to do a taste test. I'm not one for sweets usually, prefer savoury, but I did like those cupcakes. Will finish off the red velvet cake decorating tomorrow.

Had a full on day, which I love, and managed to do a bit of housework and worship practice too! Weather's still pretty bleh and praying that tomorrow when I'm transporting all that, without a car, I don't get washed away.
