Wild greens

Lots of vibrant nettles and dandelions to add to your diet right now. That is, if you're brave enough to try them! Here's my pickings from yesterday. They went into this morning's smoothie, and in today's lunch.

My experiement this year is to see if I can desensitise my histamine reaction by regular inclusion of nettles early in the hay fever season (i.e, before pollens actually begin to bother me). I've previously relied on giving up diary for 6 months of the year and it generally works very well.
