Drowned Rats

These are one ounce pieces of Tussah silk drying. Fibers look so much like drowned rats while wet. You can see where the pink in front has dried. I poofed it out a bit to show you the difference. Yesterday's sour apple silk is the one on the very top. These should be dry by the end of the day.

Now I am off to figure out a minor silk crisis. Never dull around here. HUGE learning curve in process...
