Elaine

This is the manageress at the Red Cross Shop where I volunteer twice a week. She is full of contradictions. Feisty but lacking in self confidence. Loves her family but is always rowing with them. Aggressive but buckles at the first challenge. Hard working but always talking about giving up. Extrovert, hence the tattoos, but anxiously covers them up. Is into witchcraft but is self concious about it. I find her very endearing and a pleasure to work with.
