5/7/10 a day ?

I could eat 10 a day but there wouldn't be room for much else and I could end up like a Vietnamese pot bellied pig.
Misty start to the day again but it is marginally better this afternoon. Only took the dogs for a short walk today with the weather being like it is, you can taste that mist. Still not as bad as when I was a kid, it was sometimes so bad you would bump into a lamp post before you saw it.
