Cotton Fields

I did some research on my latest guided walk project today, planned to follow a route between Manchester City's Etihad Stadium and Salford Quays, taking in a wide loop through the City Centre. This blip is the canal basin at Cotton Fields, where an amiable greyhound tried to join me for the rest of today's walk, along the Eastern section of the route.

Much of today's research took me along the Ashton Canal beneath interesting bridges, past colourful reflections.There was evidence that, last year, someone had fallen in the "Canel" (sic.)

By the way, if you think the distant tower block looks wonky, that is because it is.
