EXPERIMENT
Tried my hand at a whole wheat and rye loaf.
The flour that I used is superior to the stuff supplied by our local super market. According to the information on the plain brown packet, the flour is stone ground, unbleached, non GM, with no additives or preservatives. It was grown close to where I grew up (Heidelberg)by the 7th generation of wheat farmers.
I like to know where the food I eat comes from and make a point of supporting local producers.
