Tempting the cats

What kind of person would put treats on the edge of the kitchen table to get the cats to jump up on the chair to get a treat so mom could get a cute blip? Libby has started sitting on this chair every morning now for about a week watching me eat breakfast. Today I thought I'd try this. Rest of the blips here.
