The Yellow Peril near Itchingfield

On 5th December I took a picture of the sunrise from this very same spot. Today's picture was taken on my way home from work with the Oilseed Rape in flower. It's not yet fully out, but it is well on it's way. To some people it's the yellow peril as it's smelly and creates yellow dust. Don't even think about letting your dog off while walking a footpath through it, as your dog will turn yellow, as I well recall once many years ago when we had Ben! Nevertheless, it always provides a very colourful sight in the countryside.
