Fifth Grade Graduation

"Move Up Day"
My son surprised me, by winning this award. The last time I spoke with his teacher she complained that he wasn't participating in Science class and his grades were not stellar. Being that his dad is a scientist, this threw us for a loop. He always enjoyed it at home.

When they announced his name, I was so stunned that my eyes got a bit leaky as he accepted his certificate from the principal. He was so proud. So happy. So was I.
