First Sight

Posting 12/9/2009 even though I saw this house on 12/1/2009 because I didn't want to jinx it! But, we signed the lease this morning and will be moving to this sweet (tiny!) little house in 4-5 weeks. So, let the packing begin, let the neighbor upstairs stomp on the ceiling, we are moving up in the world!
