Pinks(?) in the smog

I captured these blooms outside a florist's in Gloucester Street on the way to work. The toxic smog has been quite low lying today. Yesterday's eco day was such a big day at school that I was surprised to find that there were still two days of term left. When I arrived, deep cleaning was in progress. Deep joy!

Afterwards, I went on a minor hunt for some trashy thrillers, the Cotswold series by Rebecca Tope. I got a couple in the charity shops, then walked home, meeting CleanSteve on his way to the farm shop and some meetings.

Later, I made a gluten-free pizza with a mashed potato base. It seemed to take forever, but was quite filling and looked gorgeous, so was worth the effort. Now for the raspberries I bought in the greengrocer's...
