That's more like it!!

Having decided that I'm a mountain goat and that running really needs to be done off road if there is to be any enjoyment had, I splashed out on new shoes. My trainers in mud and the wet grass was like trying to run on an ice rink!! So these seem to be just the ticket - check out those knobbly soles!!! Testing them out at the weekend with hubby up in the Galloway hills. Will let you know!!
