Visiting again

Both swans were sitting on the nest having a nap when I stopped at the artificial island on the way home from work and neither seemed in the least bit inclined to get up while I was there. Fortunately I spotted a family of Great Crested Grebes at the other side of the island. I don't know if these were the same pair that had nested there recently as I could only count 4 youngsters the last time I saw them and now there were 5. The photos I was able to take of all 5 chicks were not so good though so I'm blipping this one of one of the parents with 4 of its babies instead.
