Pancakes with Paula

My daughter Paula is on a sickleave for four weeks because of a broken ankle. She has not really been resting as she should, but pretty busy as always.

Today I went to see if she needed anything after work and got some delicious pancakes that she had made with strawberry mousse. I do not know how she manages to make the pancakes so perfect in shape and colour, too? Mine normally come out all lopsided and slightly burnt in places...
