Introduction to Craft

Called into my local wholesaler today for a couple of bottles of my favoured brew to celebrate the end of the week.

The friendly Alison behind the counter rewarded me with a free bottle opener and Handbook on NZ Craft Beer.

The book states that this cheeky number delivers ' refreshing tropical fruit hop flavour balanced with early malt sweetness which develops into a dry finish'.

In my mind it reminds me of jovial companionship with good mates in a wee wine shop in a town called Wanaka on a stunning bluebird winters afternoon following a days skiing. Ahh Can't wait to get back.
