Cornuelle des Charentes

This delicious cake is only found at this time of year near to Palm Sunday (aka Rameaux in french) and therefore it would seem criminal not to make the most of it wouldn't it? It is a regional cake of this area, the Charente and Deux Sèvres in France.

I am sure there must be a diet rule that your cake shouldn't be bigger than your coffee cup!
