Phillimore Chambers

This is Phillimore Chambers in Great Smith Street, Westminster. The door has been bricked up for as long as I can remember.

Whilst the door is blocked up, the building is certainly still occupied. I think the Chambers may now be part of Church House so you can presumably get interior access.
