Back in February I attempted to teach the Brownies to knit. We have 23 girls in out unit and it was hard going. I didn't have much faith when I set the challenge of completing a square by the Easter holidays.

Tonight they brought their squares back in and I was so impressed by how many we got! The large blue ones were knitted by a granny, all the rest by the Brownies themselves.

Met Fyona for a drink after Brownies and took the squares out to show her as she's been there to help the night they learned to knit. She arranged this 'B' out of the squares and I think it's how I'll sew them together.
