An Occasional Series: No.1

Today sees the first in a new occasional series of blips, entitled "Stuff near my desk on the way out of work", which can be deployed when I have struggled for blip inspiration.

I am lucky enough to spend my working day a few steps away from some interesting wooden wall sculptures, and the collection provides plenty of fodder for emergency blips. I shall also endeavour to identify a pertinent quote.

Today, I picked a sculpture that resembles an egg timer. Or the sands of time. Also, farfalle pasta.
