Hispano Suiza...

...now wouldn't that have been a great car to blip? Instead you have a 1938 Riley Lynx Sprite, driven by Julian Riley and navigated by Georgina Riley - please note the splendid fur collar! The one we thought was a Hispano Suiza wasn't in the end, so I rejected it even though it was a lovely Triumph... They were all in the Flying Scotsman Rally, which started today in the Forest of Arden, and goes via Blckburn and the Borders to finish on Sunday at Gleneagles. A great event to hang lunch out and a walk on - the rally came past Bradfield, where two of our friends live.
