Jetty Jumpers

I think this is the 3rd time kids jumping in to water has been the subject of my blips. There will no doubt be more too before my 365 days are up.

This one is of my daughter and a friend jumping off the main jetty at Lake Wanaka.

Our kids often ask if they can go down to the jetty to jump in and it's not very often we say no. There's always a few mates down there, it's simple, fun and costs nothing - why not?

There was additional excitement today, a lot of very large eels and trout were cruising all around the jump zone. The tourists thought the children were bonkers.
