Dreach Day

Early start this morning to watch the Dubai GP. RD came up to join us for coffee and croissants in front of the TV. Very civilised apart from the early hour, made worse by the clocks going forward.
Didn't find the energy to go for a run in the fog today after yesterdays training session with Ed tri club. Hand is swollen from where I banged it as well.
Rest of the day was spent sorting out the photo books and tackling the ironing.
Caught up on a few more things on the Sky box once J had finished studying in the early evening
