Open

"Then their eyes were opened and they recognized him, and he disappeared from their sight." Luke 24:31

Today's picture is the open sign at church. We were down at the church having a worship practice ready for Easter Sunday when our worship band is going to go live. Eek!! It was a really good practice, the best we ever had, so that was very exciting.

I have chosen a Bible verse that is on keeping with the time of year coming up to Easter. This is when Jesus appeared to two men, we are not told who only that one man was named Cleopas. They did nit recognise Jesus until he broke bread with them. Then as the Bible verse says their eyes were opened and they recognised Him. How exciting that must have been to have heard that Jesus was no longer in the tomb and to vee wondering what had happened and then to see Him and know He had risen from the dead. I pray that the holy spirit will open your eyes and my eyes at this time of year so we too will see Jesus and know that He is Alive!!!!
