Notes: Woke early so was able to get my Honda's first oil change before work. Day was again busy and scattered over several departments and then ... laptop (just over 5 mo. old) died completely. Spent quite awhile at our IT company (this is Ty from RightHand in Louisville opening up the back to take out the hard drive) to determine the whole thing needs to be shipped off. Ty was able to get all my documents off the hard drive but we're looking at 2-3 weeks before I'll get it back. Another stressful day to say the least.
