Went on a 2 hour 'listening skills' workshop today, can't say I found it particularly useful. All the things I dislike about therapy...

After sleeping on the sofa when my parents were here I have once again pulled my shoulder muscle - the other side this time. Had to walk the last bit home yesterday so played safe and got the bus today which was as unpleasant as usual.
