Scarborough 'lifeboat'

Had my first visit to the east coast.What a lovely area this is.
I was a little surprised to see this vehicle having a cleanup.It would be very useful in many areas of our coastline.
My thoughts went back to the cockle fishing tragedy on the west coast in Morecambe Bay.A few of these may have saved a life or two, maybe.
