Mince pies the hard way!

Pressies all bought, tree up, just waiting to wrap them but too early and I tend to lose the festive feeling a bit so I've gone into cooking mode to keep it going. Surely I'm not the only person who doesn't like candied peel but I can't find easy mincemeat anywhere! (ok, in the few shops I've looked in). So Delia adapted it is. I'll let you know how it goes :)
