Early swim - in the pool with my coach, practicing various drills. Few more adjustments required but definitely getting stronger, smoother and fitter. Gym at lunchtime a good super set circuit. Oh and work happened as well.

Had my music on shuffle and this came on, scared the bejeezus out of me. I don't know why I keep a collection of doom metal on my itunes, but there are times when you need a bit of light relief.
