Old wallpaper, a horses head, and a selfie :)

Stayed in Cheltenham (for a works do), and finally managed to stay in the Queens Hotel.

It's got a cracking position in town, overlooking the park behind the town hall, in the trendy area of Montpelier.

Not exactly sure how old it is (I'm resisting the urge to Google it), but there was a plaque on the wall that said the wallpaper was 175 years old, designed by A.W.Pugin, and is the same wallpaper as in the House of Parliament ( a building for which Pugin did the interior design).

I literally grabbed this as I was dashing to my room, so it's not a greatly composed shot.

I liked the horses head; so wanted to grab that as well as a little selfie :)
