Drenched!

It has been raining hard ever since we arrived down south. Our friends garden is looking very pretty, and I tried to catch some shots of the pretty finches visiting their bird feeder from the kitchen window. Not successful. However, this colourful border below the feeder really stood out in the wet and was a more successful capture from a distance through the glass. Looking forward to seeing more of the garden when the rain stops.

We'll be braving the elements tomorrow and catching up with the family.
