Supper standby. One of a number of sauces I quite often add in to the mix. Adds a bit of zing to almost anything. Not chocolate cake obviously.

A day of paperwork. It wasn't meant to be, I had good intentions of working on pictures all day. No such luck. H&S file for the next biggish job, cost plan revisions, last minute checking that all's in place for Sunday evening. The day was gone. Blimey
