Down Memory Lane.

Lunch today was in this country pub.
No neon, blonde wood or stainless steel to be found inside. It was like stepping back in time to my first pub visits many moons ago.

This pub claims to be one of the oldest in England, but I believe there are quite a few contenders for this honour.

I don't who planted the thousands of daffodils along the country lanes but a big thank you to them! As even in the rain it was a total delight driving through the countryside.
