White Bells

I'm afraid I don't know what this plant is called (I'm sure that some knowledgeable person out there could tell me), I've had it the garden for a long time now and the label has gone missing but I love the beautiful flowers it produces every year without fail. When new leaves grow on it at this time of year they are bright red and then gradually change to the variegated green that you see here, so it looks really nice and colourful at the moment.
