Apocalypse now..ish

ok, perhaps my overactive imagination and obsession for big clouds and strong sky light is getting the better of me. (or possibly Sunday night syndrome is kicking in)

Peaceful day, finally resting this painful knee, as I clearly trotted about a bit too actively yesterday, stubbornly not allowing healing time - pah!

The friend I met up with yesterday commented she can't believe we're middle aged (she's 8 months older, as I like to remind her). In our minds we're both in our prime and full of more youthful zest...then we listen to the synchronised joint creaking and our la-la-land begins to show!!
