Watchdog

This morning we went to the park & as we drove past the lagoon I saw all kinds of ducks & geese, so we stopped. As I slowly made my way to the edge I saw a Mallard & a hen right near me, so I was trying to move slowly so I wouldn't startle them when 3 gulls flew right past me toward the ducks, squawking to beat the band, & the ducks both took off swimming! The gulls landed on the edge, keeping an eye on us all the time! So I took a picture of one of the gulls instead---what a watchdog!
