Hiking the Canyon

Today we hiked the canyon area that is above the village of Apoala. We also climbed down into some small caves where tiny bats clung to the ceiling. In one of the caves was the spring and underground river that is the source of the water that flows through the valley of Apoala and cascades to the valley below. (See yesterday)
