Dinner

North African tonight. Lamb and apricot tangine, with courgette and feta fritters, carrot salad and cauliflower couscous.

At one point whilst preparing this I felt like id turned into my grandmother, stewing apricots, but to really get the same effect I'd need to have started cooking them yesterday....

The culmination of a good (but enjoyable) couple of hours dancing around the kitchen, dinner with friends, the best way to round off a weekend

(Yes, the apple crumble and custard came from tesco. There are limits!!!!!)
