Mince Pies a la Debs

I like mince pies but I don't like the filling, solution: carefully remove the top, scrape out the filling, replace lid. Tastes lovely warm with a dollop of brandy cream, delish!

K has man flu so I have to play nurse for the weekend, means I get to avoid the christmas crush at the shops for another week.
