Earl of Kent

King Lear Act 1 Scene 4

Earl of Kent - I profess that I’m as good as I seem—I’ll faithfully serve a master who trusts me, love those who are honest, talk with those who are wise and don’t talk too much. I’m God-fearing, I fight if I must, and I don’t eat fish.

My faithful servant is:

Clever and wise
Gives good advice
Has lovely blue eyes

A maker of dinner
Always a grinner
Says ”you look thinner”

Helpful and good
He never would
Tell a falsehood

Better than me
I think you’ll agree
At good poetry

My faithful servant is……………… Igor!!

Thank to everyone who viewed and commented on my journal entry yesterday. I managed to get my “Bottom” in the “Spotlight”. Not a lot of people can say that!!
