Vultures!

This cracked me up.

I was getting one of my veggie beds ready for cool weather crops, and my dog was lying in the grass after playing fetch. A half dozen vultures began circling! I'm glad she's a 62 pound Lab and not a Yorkie! The vultures would have called the hawks and that would have been the end.

A couple of them landed on my neighbors chimneys, and all I had was my phone. The zoom and camera shake made for a crappy image, but ...

They flew off right after I snapped this, and the 6 of them circled off to the east. Must've been lunch time.

Why does that house have 2 chimneys?? Huh.
