Beautiful day today 28°c actually quite hot - which is nice.

Had a call from the owner of the house I mentioned on Saturday - looks like it is going ahead - he is seeing his notaire tomorrow and hope to sign later this week - all I need to do then is find some money ... Cross that bridge and all that ..
