Little rainbow!

Letting the dogs out, I saw these amazing clouds, just catching the evening sun. Then I spotted the little rainbow when I put it on my iPad. Cute!

I managed to drag myself to the gym for some toning weights today. My fitness instructor has worked out a programme for my arms - they went floppy (and flabby) after hurting my shoulder last year and need toning up! I then had a swim, hot tub and sauna and then two Cappucinos... Ooer!! (They came with a little ginger biscuit too!)
Oh well, I've got two Nordic walks tomorrow!! ;-)
